So we all have New Year's Resolutions...but how many of times we do we actually follow through with them....well through 26 years I think I've had enough time to do it up. My two goals for 2011 are to live this year with #noregrets and to get in the best shape of my life thanks to #p90x.
Day one started today and I will try and follow the order that Doc Horton has given me, today was chest/back and ap ripper x, not fun, but getting in shape isn't fun. I think I am going to try and work out before work which means it's going to be Pylo X before work...#FML Time to do 2012 up right though...
